冷轧方式对双辊铸轧3%Si无取向硅钢组织、织构及磁性能的影响

【摘要】 运用EBSD及磁性检测分析技术研究了一次冷轧、二次临界变形率冷轧及二次中等压下率冷轧对双辊铸轧3%Si无取向硅钢再结晶组织、织构及磁性能的影响。研究表明,一次冷轧退火后晶粒尺寸最小,均匀性居中。二次冷轧晶粒尺寸最大,但最不均匀。二次中等压下率冷轧晶粒尺寸居中,晶粒大小最为均匀;一次冷轧总体织构强度低,二次冷轧{001}<110>附近织构及{111}面织构强度相对较大,二次中等压下率冷轧{111}面织构强度低,立方及高斯织构强度较高。

【Abstract】 The effects of three cold rolling means about cold rolling and double-reduced and double-medium reduced on recrystallization microstructure and textures and magnetic property of 3%Si non-oriented silicon steels have been researched in this paper by EBSD and magnetic property analysis techniques.Research shows that cold-rolling has the smallest grain size and center grain uniformity.Double-reduced owns the biggest grain size and the worst uniformity.Double-medium reduced displays the center grain size but the best grain uniformity after annealing.The total intensity of textures in cold-rolling are weakest,texture nearby {001}<110>and {111} plane texture in double-reduced are strong.In double-medium cold rolling,the total intensity of {111} texture is very low,but cubic and Goss textures are strong.
