虚拟炼钢平台在科研和创新性教学中的应用

【摘要】 计算机和自动化技术的发展,让计算机虚拟炼钢成为可能;本研究通过工控软件结合炼钢工艺模型、操作模型、专家数据库,搭建了虚拟炼钢平台,实现了真正的模拟炼钢。该平台可应用于:①冶金企业工艺开发和预研;②冶金行业专业技术人才的职业技能培训;③冶金行业专业技术人才的技能比赛及鉴定。④冶金专业工程实践型人才的培养及实践教学。该平台已成功应用于20余所高校和高职校,实现了工程技术人才从学校到企业的无缝对接,对于创新教育模式、完善人才培养体系是极大的补充。
【Abstract】 It makes the virtual steelmaking possible as the development of computer and automation technology;This study focus on setting up a virtual steelmaking platform by industrial control software combining steelmaking process model,operation model,expert database;it realized the simulation of steelmaking indeed.The platform can be applied to:①process development and research of metallurgical enterprises;② skill training on professional and technical persons in metallurgical industry;③ skills competition and identification of professional and technical persons in the metallurgical industry.④ practice teaching of metallurgical engineering persons.The platform has been successfully used in more than 20 universities,higher vocational colleges;It realized the seamless connection from school to enterprise for the engineering and technical personnel.It was a good complement for innovation education mode and personnel training system.
