回火温度对贝氏体钢韧性的影响

【摘要】 采用扫描电镜、X射线衍射仪和透射电镜研究了不同回火温度对新型Si-Mn系空冷高强低碳贝氏体钢的力学性能、微观组织、残留奥氏体和冲击断口裂纹扩展的影响。结果表明,钢中残留奥氏体含量随回火温度的升高而降低,但残留奥氏体的稳定性增加,有利于改善钢的韧性,但当回火温度升高至500℃时,钢中残留奥氏体发生转变或分解,钢的韧性变差;粒状贝氏体中稳定的残留奥氏体增加了裂纹扩展所需能量,有利于改善钢的韧性。
【Abstract】 Effect of different tempering temperatures on microstructure,mechanical properties,retained austenite(Ar) and crack propagation in impact fracture of a Si-Mn low carbon bainitic steel was studied by using scanning electron microscopy(SEM),X-ray diffractometer(XRD) and transmission electron microscope(TEM).The results showed that with the increasing of tempering temperature,the quantity of retained austenite was decreased,the stability of retained austenite was enhanced,which made the toughness improved.However,if the temperature was above 500 ℃,retained austenite transformed and decomposed,and the toughness was decreased.Stable retained austenite in granular bainite benefited to enhance the crack propagation energy which improved the toughness.
