转炉半钢炼钢静态控制系统开发与应用

【摘要】 针对提钒半钢入炉碳硅锰含量低,温度低,硫含量高等特点,建立提钒半钢炼钢过程的静态控制模型,以冶炼机理计算辅料和理论供氧量,并通过神经网络模型修正理论供氧量;开发半钢转炉炼钢静态控制系统,以L2、L3现有信息化系统为基础,预测冶炼过程中供氧量、废钢和冷却剂、提温剂等辅料加入量。系统在线运行结果表明,氧气预测准确度为70.1%(300Nm3),且提供了废钢、冷却剂和提温剂的预测值,从而为针对碳、温的动态控制模型开发奠定基础。

【Abstract】 Static control model, which includes the theoretical calculation for fluxes and oxygen supply, and network neural to modify oxygen supply, is proposed for BOF steelmaking process of semi steel after extracting vanadium with lower content in carbon, silicon, manganese, and lower in temperature, but higher in sulphur. Therefore, a semi steel BOF static control system, based on the existing L2 and L3 systems, is developed to prediction the amounts of oxygen supply, scrap, coolant and raising agent. Test online shows that the accuracy of oxygen supply is 70.1% on the error of 300Nm3, as well as the prediction of scrap, coolant, raising agent, which will provide a basis for dynamic control model.
