异型坯连铸二次冷却通用仿真软件的开发

【摘要】 针对异型坯连铸二次冷却过程,建立其二维凝固传热模型。采用非等间距网格离散化空间区域,采用显式有限差分算法离散传热方程。在此基础上细化了二次冷却过程的边界条件为辐射区和空冷区传热、喷淋区喷水传热、水聚集蒸发传热和夹辊传热。应用Visual Basic 6.0程序设计软件,开发了异型坯连铸二次冷却过程通用仿真软件。为异型坯连铸机的结构设计优化及生产过程的工艺参数设计优化提供一个有效的虚拟仿真平台。软件吸收了本实验室现有的方坯、板坯、圆坯二次冷却通用仿真软件的优点,界面友好、通用性强、准确度高。

【Abstract】 A 2D solidification and heat transfer model for the secondary cooling process in beam blank continuous casting was established based on the solidification and heat transfer theory. The 2D space regions of half beam blank section was discretized by using the Non-Equidistant Grid way, and the heat transfer equations discretizing was based on the way of explicit finite difference algorithm. On this basis, the boundary conditions of heat transferring was subdivided into four parts,which is the radiation, spray cooling, heat conduction through roller and water accumulated evaporation in secondary cooling zoon. An general simulation software was developed for secondary cooling process in beam blank continuous casting with Visual Basic 6.0, could provide a platform for designing and optimizing the continuous caster structure and parameters of casting process. The software combined the advantages of existing simulation software for billet, slab and billet secondary cooling process in our lab, was very user-friendly, versatile and précised.
