【摘要】 开发出一种高强高韧性经济型钢种,此钢种适用于热轧及冷轧成型,特别适合于生产壁厚12.7mm以下、110~130ksi钢级的高韧性管材。由于钢中较低的碳、锰含量,降低了铸坯中的偏析和钢管中的组织带状,热成型性好;热轧后洛氏硬度值16以下,适宜于直接冷轧或者冷拔;调质热处理以后屈服强度能达到110~130ksi钢级,同时匹配较好的冲击韧性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Development a kind of high strength high toughness economic steel useful for hot & cold rolled pipe, especially for the pipe thickness less than 12.7mm and strength at 110~130ksi. The segregation and band structure is light because of small C and Mn content. After hot rolled, the hardness value not more than 16, which is convenient for cold roll or draw. Through Q & T heat treatment, the strength can reach to 110~130ksi, with good toughness.更多还原
