我国航空发动机用GH4169合金现状与发展
Current Status and Development of Alloy GH4169 Used in Aeroengines of China

【摘要】 本文简述了我国航空发动机用GH4169合金的应用现状和发展现状及未来发展趋势,认为GH4169合金在我国航空发动机中已得到广泛应用,其材质水平和加工工艺水平近年来得到显著提高;与国外Inconel 718合金相比,GH4169合金在化学成分、冶炼工艺、开坯工艺和模锻工艺等方面还存在较大差距。
【Abstract】 Current status and development of alloy GH4169 used in aeroengines of China were introduced in this paper. It indicats that alloy GH4169 has been used widely in aeroengines of China, and its quality and process technologies were improved considerably in recent years; comparing alloy GH4169 to Inconel 718, the former lags obviously in aspects of chemistry, melting technology, conversion technology and die forging technology.
