添加剂对烧结过程中铁酸钙形成的影响

【摘要】 本文采用矿相显微分析与X射线衍射分析相结合的方法,研究了低熔点添加剂CaC l2、K2CO3、K2CrO 4、K2SO4对高碱度低硅铁矿粉烧结过程中铁酸钙形成的影响。结果表明:添加剂CaC l2、K2CO3、K2CrO 4、K2SO4有利于SiO 2固溶进入铁酸钙;在随炉升温过程中添加剂促进了铁酸钙的生成,而且熔点越低促进作用越显著。
【Abstract】 In this paper, mineralogical microanalysis and X-ray diffraction analysis of a combination of methods to study the low melting point additives CaC l2, K2CO3, K2 CrO 4, K2SO4 high alkalinity of the low silicon iron ore sintering process formation of calcium ferrite, The results show that:additives CaC l2, K2CO3, K2 CrO 4, K2SO4 help SiO 2 solid solution into the calcium ferrite; in the process of heating the furnace additives to promote the formation of calcium ferrite, and the lower the melting point to promote the role of the more significant.
