攀钢3~#转炉大流量氧枪试验研究

【摘要】 攀钢钒炼钢厂为改善氧枪使用效果对新设计的5孔氧枪喷头进行生产试验。试验结果表明,随着供氧压力的增大,氧气流量不断增大,在相同的工作压力下新设计的喷头具有更好的冶金效果:供氧流量平均增加了932h/m3,初渣形成时间平均提前1.33min,纯吹氧时间平均缩短0.84min,脱磷效果及热效率更好。
【Abstract】 To improve the effect of the oxygen nozzle, a new 536 nozzle is designed and industrial tests are carried out. The results indicate that the oxygen flow increased with the improving of oxygen supply strength and at the same working pressure, the new designed nozzle has a better metallurgical effect, the average oxygen flow is increased by 932 h/m3, the average slag-forming time and blowing time are shortened by 1.33 min and 0.77 min respectively, and a better dephosphorization effect and thermal efficiency are obtained by the new nozzle.
