连铸板坯中间裂纹成因分析
Analysis on the Cause of Slab Central Crack Formation

【摘要】 通过现场数据统计和典型工艺试验,分析了安钢210 mm和230 mm厚板坯内部中间裂纹产生的主要原因。分析认为,造成安钢板坯内部中间裂纹的主要原因是由于铸坯带液芯矫直,凝固前沿受矫直力作用产生裂纹并沿柱状晶晶界扩展,这也解释了安钢210 mm铸坯内部质量好于230 mm的主要原因;同时试验表明低拉速和强配水的工艺可以改善铸坯中间裂纹。
【Abstract】 Through the field date statistics and typical procedure test,the major cause of central crack in Anyang Steel of 210 mm and 230 mm thick slab are analyzed.Analysis,the crack initiation and stretching along columnar grain boundaries while the slab straighten with liquid core and straightening force on the solidifying front are the main reasons why the central crack formats in the slab,which partly explains why the inner quality of 210 mm slabs were better than 230 mm. Meanwhile the tests indicate that the process of lower casting speed and increasing secondary cooling water flow rate can decrease the slab central crack.
