冷轧中锰TRIP钢残余奥氏体及其稳定性研究

【摘要】 研究了第三代高强度高塑性冷轧中锰TRIP钢中残余奥氏体及其稳定性。热轧后形成的原始马氏体与临界退火时形成的残余奥氏体、新形成的马氏体使TRIP钢具有良好的强度和塑性。结果表明:冷轧TRIP钢退火温度为590℃,保温时间18h时,实验用钢能获得最佳的综合力学性能,可获得815MPa的抗拉强度和38%的断后伸长率,强塑积>30GPa·%,残余奥氏体含量>32%。

【Abstract】 Study on retained austenite and its stability in cold rolled TRIP steel of third generation of AHSS. The combination of the prior martensitic microstructure in the as-hot-rolled condition, and austenite and fresh martensite created during annealing,resulted in remarkable combinations of strength and ductility. The results show that the optimum properties were found when samples were annealed at approximately 590°C/18 h. The tensile strength over 815 Mpa and the elongation over 38%, the UTS*TE values in excess of 30GPa*%,the retained austenite volume fraction content over 32% can be obtained.
