卷取温度对热轧TRIP钢力学性能的影响

【摘要】 为了研究卷取温度对热轧TRIP钢力学性能的影响,使用金相显微镜、X射线衍射、拉伸实验等方法对三种卷取温度下制备的热轧TRIP钢进行分析。结果显示,随着卷取温度降低,残奥体积分数和碳含量变少。热轧TRIP钢的力学性能随着卷取温度的降低,表现为高的屈服强度和低延伸率,450℃卷取温度下制备的热轧TRIP钢的综合力学性能最优。
【Abstract】 For studying the effect mechanical properties of hot rolled transformation-induced plasticity(TRIP) steels which are prepared through three different coiling temperature,optical microscopy(OM), X-ray diffraction(XRD),and tensile test are used.The results show that amount,carbon content of retained austenite of the testing steel get less with lower coiling temperature. When the coiling temperature become lower,yield strength is higher, elongation becomes lower.Comprehensive mechanical properties of the testing steel which is coiled at 450℃ is the best.
