合金钢中MgO·Al2O3夹杂物钙处理研究
Study on the Ca-treatment of MgO·Al2O3 Inclusions in Alloy Steels

【摘要】 本文通过实验室实验和工业实验对钙处理MgO·Al2O3夹杂物进行研究,研究结果表通过钙处理MgO·Al2O3夹杂物转变成MgO-Al2O3-CaO复合夹杂物并且大部分夹杂物成分分布在MgO-Al2O3-CaO三元相图中的液态区域,夹杂物外形由不规则变成球形,但是只有一小部分尺寸较小(<4μm)的MgO·Al2O3夹杂物可以被完全变性,而对于大部分尺寸较大(>5μm)的夹杂物,钙处理后的夹杂物大部分都有两层,外部为CaO-Al2O3内部为MgO·Al2O3核心,Ca和Mg在夹杂物中成互补分布。钙处理变性MgO·Al2O3夹杂物分两步完成:第一步钢液中的溶解钙置换MgO·Al2O3夹杂物中的MgO组元;第二步在夹杂物的外部生成的液态的xC aO·y Al2O3层,如果钢液中的硫含量较高就会在夹杂物外部形成固态的CaO-CaS层。
【Abstract】 The current study performed laboratory experiments and industrial trials for the modification of MgO ·Al2O3 spinel inclusions in alloy steels by Ca-treatment.The MgO ·Al2O3 spinel inclusions changed into MgO-Al2O3-CaO complex inclusions after calcium treatment and compositions plot in the liquid region. Only a part of smaller(<4μm) MgO ·Al2O3 spinel inclusions can be modified fully and most of the inclusions(>5 μm) have two-layer structure: outside CaO-Al2O3 layer and MgO ·Al2O3 core. There was no MgO at the location where CaO existed, and CaO always stayed at the outside layer of the inclusion and MgO existed in the core of the inclusion. The modification of MgO·Al2O3 spinel inclusions by calcium treatment includes two steps: 1). Replacing MgO in the inclusion by the dissolved calcium in the steel; and 2) Generating liquid xC aO·y Al2O3 layer at the outside of the spinel inclusion, or generating solid CaO-CaS layer at the outside of the spinel inclusion if the local sulfur is higher.
