合金成分与奥氏体化条件对冷轧TRIP钢的组织和力学性能的影响

【摘要】 利用扫描电镜、X衍射、拉伸试验等手段研究了合金成分和奥氏体化条件对冷轧TRIP钢的组织和力学性能的影响,结果表明:合金成分影响冷轧TRIP钢的力学性能,C-Mn-Si和C-Mn-Al-Si系TRIP钢综合力学性能较优越,强塑性配合较好,而C-Mn-Al钢较低的强度和塑性与其残余奥氏体稳定性较差有关;两相区退火时奥氏体转变量对冷轧TRIP钢的组织和性能均具有明显影响,对于C-Mn-Si钢,随着奥氏体转变量的增加,残余奥氏体体积分数先升高后降低,而其碳含量随奥氏体转变量的增加而增加;同时,抗拉强度和强塑积均随奥氏体转变量的增加而降低。

【Abstract】 The influence of composition and austenitizing conditions on the microstructure and mechanical properties of cold-rolled TRIP steel was investigated using SEM, X-ray and room-temperature tensile tests. The results showed that the mechanical properties of cold-rolled TRIP steel was affected by the alloy composition, the tensile strength and the total elongation of C-Mn-Si and C-Mn-Al-Si TRIP steels were better than that of C-Mn-Al TRIP steel, that should be attributed to the lower stability of retained austenite of C-Mn-Al TRIP steel. The transformation fraction of austenite formed during the annealing in the two-phase region has a remarked effect on the microstructure and mechanical properties of cold-rolled TRIP steel. For C-Mn-Si steel, with increasing the transformation fraction of austenite, the volume fraction of retained austenite was increased firstly and decreased finally and its carbon contain was increased. Meanwhile, the tensile strength and the product of the tensile strength and the total elongation were decreased with increasing the transformation fraction of austenite.
