邯钢7高炉装料方式改进实践

【摘要】 2011年初,原材料继续上涨,钢铁行业压力重重,邯钢7高炉(2000m3)面对设备的不足,通过优化装料工艺流程,实现了增加矿批,降低焦比,增加焦丁比,提高了技术指标,降低了炼铁成本。通过一系列指标的攻关,各指标有了较大提高,完成了生产任务。增加矿批的实践就是其中之一。
