弓长岭选矿厂低碳环保高产降耗技术研究与应用

【摘要】 全面介绍了鞍钢集团弓长岭选矿厂减排增效技术的应用效果,通过工艺流程的改造、新型磨选装备的应用、节水节能措施的采用和自动控制技术的应用等,大大提高了选矿厂的处理能力,增加了磁铁精矿的产量,减少了生产成本,提高了环水的利用效率,降低了吨矿电耗和热能,节能减排效果显著,并大大提高了企业的经济效益。

【Abstract】 Application effects of discharge reduction and improving benefit technology for Gongchangling concentrator of Anshan Steel Group are introduced comprehensively, through transformation of the flowsheet, application of new grinding and processing equipment, adoption of energy and water conservation measures and the application of automatic control technology, etc. the concentrator processing power was greatly improved, the production of magnetite concentrate increased, production costs reduced, utilization ratio of recirculating water improved and power consumption per ton ore and heat energy reduced, energy saving and discharge reduction effect is remarkable, and greatly improve the economic efficiency of enterprises.
