【Abstract】 Application effects of discharge reduction and improving benefit technology for Gongchangling concentrator of Anshan Steel Group are introduced comprehensively, through transformation of the flowsheet, application of new grinding and processing equipment, adoption of energy and water conservation measures and the application of automatic control technology, etc. the concentrator processing power was greatly improved, the production of magnetite concentrate increased, production costs reduced, utilization ratio of recirculating water improved and power consumption per ton ore and heat energy reduced, energy saving and discharge reduction effect is remarkable, and greatly improve the economic efficiency of enterprises.更多还原
