高精度冷轧过程控制系统及数学模型的开发与实践

【摘要】 高精度冷轧机组过程控制系统是冷轧自动控制系统中的关键环节。北京科技大学主开发的冷轧过程控制系统和数学模型已经在多条新建高精度冷轧带钢的生产线上得到了成功应用。本文从系统结构、数学模型、新控制算法等方面介绍了该系统的主要技术特点和新技术。系统运行和实际生产情况表明,该系统调试时间短,维护方便,运行稳定可靠,控制精度高。
【Abstract】 The process control system is one of the most important parts of the control system of the cold rolling mills, the cold strip mill process control system self-developed by University of Science and Technology Beijing has been successfully applied to several new cold strip production lines. This paper introduces the Key Technical Features and New Technology of the system include the hardware configuration, middleware, mathematical models, new control algorithms, etc. System operation and actual production proves that the system the system has the features of shorter commissioning time,convenient maintenance, high reliability and high precision.
