高洁净度管线钢的生产技术开发

【摘要】 对于不同级别、不同环境使用的管线钢,对钢中硫含量和夹杂物控制要求也不同,所采用的生产工艺也不同。本文主要针对转炉出钢预精炼和LF精炼过程硫含量的控制进行分析。并分别对"单联LF取消钙处理"和"双联LF+RH"两种生产管线钢工艺中硫含量、夹杂物控制进行研究,确定两种工艺生产管线钢的夹杂物控制工艺。
【Abstract】 For different pipeline steels with different grades and using conditions, the controlling of sulfur content and inclusions are different. Also the production technologies are different. This paper analyzed the controlling methods of sulfur content in hot metal of the tapping pre-refining process and LF refining process. The controlling of sulfur content and inclusions were researched with the LF( no Ca treating) route and LF+RH route respectively. The technology for inclusions controlling of pipeline steel by two production routes has been confirmed.
