动态相变和贝氏体等温温度对0.2C-0.3Si-1.72Mn-1.24Al热轧TRIP钢组织和性能的影响

【摘要】 本文通过成分设计,研究了动态相变温度及贝氏体等温温度对基于动态相变的0.2C-0.3Si-1.72Mn-1.24Al热轧TRIP钢组织与性能的影响。结果表明:实验钢由于获得了铁素体晶粒细小(~3μm)、贝氏体、残余奥氏体及马氏体分布较均匀的多相组织,强度-塑性匹配良好。动态相变温度由800℃提高到850℃,对实验钢性能的影响不明显;贝氏体等温温度由450℃提高到500℃,其性能有所降低。实验钢分别在800℃及850℃动态相变,经450℃贝氏体等温处理3min后的抗拉强度均达880MPa左右,总伸长率及强塑积分别为27%、25%和23.7GPa%、22GPa%。
【Abstract】 Effect of dynamic transformation temperature and bainitic isothermal temperature on microstructures and mechanical properties of 0.2C-0.3Si-1.72Mn-1.24 Al hot-rolled TRIP steel based on dynamic transformation was investigated by component designing. The results showed that a good combination of strength and ductility was obtained due to fine ferrite(~3μm) and the uniform distributions of multiphases consisting of bainite, retained austenite and martensite. Mechanical properties of the steel were not affected significantly by the change of dynamic transformation temperatures, raising from 800℃ to 850℃.While, the strength and elongation were both decreased when raising the banitic isothermal temperature from 450℃ to 500℃. Total elongation and the product of tensie strength and total elongation were 27%, 25% and 23.7 GPa%, 22GPa% respectively with an approximately same tensile strength of about 880 MPa after dynamic transformation at 800℃ and 850℃ followed by holding at 450℃ for 3min.
