超声波、吹氩及其协同处理对低碳钢中氮含量的影响

【摘要】 主要研究了超声波处理、吹氩搅拌以及超声波-吹氩协同作用对低碳钢中氮含量的影响。结果表明:采用超声波处理、吹氩处理或者是超声波-吹氩协同处理,都可以降低低碳钢液中的氮含量。超声波单独处理时,钢液中氮的去除率相对较低,为3.13%~9.04%。单独吹氩处理时,钢中氮的去除率相对较高为6.89%~32.68%,吹氩流量为0.5l/min时,脱氮率为32.68%。超声波-吹氩搅拌协同作用时的去氮效果较单独超声处理时有明显的提高,用300W的超声波与0.5l/min的吹氩搅拌协同作用于低碳钢液时,其脱氮率为26.95%。
【Abstract】 Effect of ultrasonic, argon-blowing and coordinate treatment on nitrogen content of low carbon steel were carried out. Experimental results showed that the nitrogen content of low carbon steel all could be decreased by ultrasonic、argon-blowing and coordinate treatment. The decrease of nitrogen content was relatively low, about 3.13% to 9.04%, when the ultrasonic wave was inputted into molten steel alone. When argon-blowing was carried out individually, the decrease of nitrogen content was relatively high from 6.89% to 32.68%. Compared with ultrasonic treatment, removal efficiency of the nitrogen content in molten low carbon steel had a significant improvement with the combination of ultrasonic and argon-blowing. Combination of 300 W ultrasonic and 0.5 l/min argon-blowing, the denitrification rate was 26.95%.
