超快冷条件下Q370q升级Q460q的工业试制

【摘要】 本文采用低成本Q370q成分,在首秦4300mm轧机上利用控轧后超快冷工艺成功实现了Q370q升级为Q460q的工业试制。试制的34mm厚试制钢板,显微组织表面以贝氏体为主,t/4及t/2处以铁素体为主,屈服强度大于480MPa,抗拉强度大于610MPa,-40℃的CVN冲击吸收功大于200J,屈强比小于0.8。各项性能完全满足了国标GT/T714-2008中Q460qE的力学性能要求,达到了减量化及降低生产成本的目的。本研究对于企业降低生产成本,提升中厚板产品力学性能具有重要意义。

【Abstract】 In the present paper, the industrial rolling trials of Q370 q up to Q460 q were realized successfully under ultra fast cooling after control processing on 4300 mm plate mill and the chemical compositions of Q370 q of low cost were adopted. The microstructures with bainite at surface and ferrite at t/4 and t/2 were gained., and the yield strength, tensile strength and CVN impact energies at-40℃ of the plate is higher than 480 MPa, higher than 610 MPa and are higher than 200 J, respectively, the yield ratio is lower than 0.8 of pilot-produced plates of 34 mm in thickness. The mechanical properties of the plate met the requirements of Grade Q460 qE steel,GB/T714-2008.And the aims of reduction of chemical compositions and cost were also achieved. The study is beneficial to the steel makers in decreasing the steel making cost, and increasing the mechanical properties of plate.
