超低硫钢冶炼工艺研究

【摘要】 本文介绍了利用"铁水脱硫预处理—转炉—LF—RH—板坯连铸"工艺流程,实现了[S]≤0.0015%超低硫钢生产,冶炼过程硫含量控制采用喷吹颗粒镁进行铁水深脱硫预处理,脱后的硫含量为0.0045%,进行扒渣操作,扒渣率要求80%~90%;转炉采用优质废钢和辅料抑制回硫,回硫量控制在0.0015%以内;LF炉控制钢水温度、钢液氧化性、炉渣成分和底吹,精炼结束钢中平均硫含量0.0008%,脱硫率可以达到85.96%;RH和连铸过程中硫增量控制在0.0001%以内。采用上述工艺,实现了超低硫钢批量生产,钢中硫含量平均控制水平为0.0008%,波动范围控制0.0004%~0.0012%。

【Abstract】 The process of ultra-low sulphur steel, the content of [S]≤0.0015%, by the routines of "desulphurization pretreatment-converter-LF refining-RH-slab continuous" process is described, the content of sulphur is less than 0.0045% by deep desulphurization pretreatment which injection magnesium, the rate of slag removal is 80%~90% by slag skimming operate; the converter addition sulphur is less than 0.0015% by using high quality scrap and assistant materials; the average content of sulphur is 0.0008% by controlling the temperature of steel, slag oxidizing, slag composition and bottom blowing in LF refining, desulfurization rate can reach 85.96%; the addition of sulphur is less than 0.0001% by RH refining and continuous casting process. Using the above process, the ultra-low sulphur steel can be produced, the average of sulphur is 0.0008%, range from 0.0004%~0.0012%.
