宝钢不锈钢2500m~3高炉6点雷达料面综合成像与溜槽布料节能控制

【摘要】 通过对高炉雷达、数据融合成像技术及布料控制进行深入研究,在宝钢不锈钢2500m3高炉上实现了6点雷达料面综合成像与溜槽布料节能控制系统。该系统不仅在高压、高温、高粉尘和高炉煤气的恶劣条件下,获得稳定的雷达信号,而且能够综合雷达、温度、机械探尺数据实现高炉料面的综合成像,并且在此基础上研发了基于料面形状的布料优化控制系统,确定了高炉最佳布料矩阵。
【Abstract】 Through the depth research on blast furnace radar, data fusion imaging technology and burden distribution control, we have achieved a six-point radar burden surface comprehensive imaging and chute burden distribution energy-saving control system in Baosteel stainless 2500m3 blast furnace. The system not only stable radar signal in the high pressure, high temperature, high dust and blast furnace gas under harsh conditions, but also integrated radar, temperature, mechanical stock rod data to achieve comprehensive imaging of blast furnace, and on this basis developed the burden distribution optimization control system based on material surface shape, and determined the best burden distribution matrix of blast furnace.
