白云石基复合脱硫剂的熔化性能研究

【摘要】 主要研究了助熔剂和发热剂对新型白云石基复合脱硫剂熔化性能的影响,优化出适合于铁水预处理的新型白云石基复合脱硫剂。结果表明:随着助熔剂CaF 2加入量的增大,复合脱硫剂半球点温度呈现出先降低后略微增加的趋势,而其流动性温度呈现逐渐降低的趋势;复合脱硫剂半球点温度、流动性温度随着助熔剂Al2O3、发热剂Si+Fe2O3加入量的增加而逐渐降低。新型白云石基复合脱硫剂的最佳组成为:42.04%轻烧白云石+7.36%还原剂+3.24%CaF 2+10.86%Al2O3+36.51%发热剂。

【Abstract】 Effect of fluxing agent and heating agent on new dolomite based compound desulphurizer melting property was studied. Composition of new dolomite based compound desulphurizer, which was suitable for hot metal pretreatment, was been optimized. The results showed that with the increase of fluxing agent CaF 2, the hemisphere temperature of compound desulphurizer was found a trend of rising firstly and then decreasing. Hemisphere temperature and fluidity temperature of compound desulphurizer showed a trend of gradually decreasing with the increase of fluxing agent CaF 2, fluxing agent Al2O3 and heating agent Si + Fe2O3. Optimum composition of new dolomite based compound desulphurizer was 42.04 % light-burned dolomite + 7.36 % reducing agent + 3.24 % CaF 2 + 10.86 % Al2O3 + 36.51 % heating agent.
