奥氏体不锈钢晶间腐蚀脆性的非平衡晶界偏聚机理

【摘要】 本文以非平衡晶界偏聚理论的最新发展为基础,提出了奥氏体不锈钢晶间腐蚀脆性的新机理。晶间腐蚀脆性的各种实验特征,如回复效应,脆性峰温度,脆性峰温移动以及温差效应等,都是此一机制的实验证实。
【Abstract】 A new mechanism of intergranular corrosion embrittlement of 304 stainless steel is suggested based on the recently development of non-equilibrium grain-boundary segregation. The experimental evidences for this mechanism, such as healing effect, the effect of temperature difference, embrittlement peak temperature and its move, have been given in this paper.
