【摘要】 通过绘制CCT曲线、热轧及轧后淬火实验模拟、热力学计算,研究了Ti对热冲压成形用钢中马氏体相变的影响。结果表明:在热冲压成形用钢中加入适量的Ti元素,可以在高温下析出TiN,显著减少了固溶N含量。在热成形工艺的奥氏体化过程中,抑制了奥氏体长大和硼相的析出,能够促进硼向奥氏体晶界的偏聚,稳定奥氏体,从而提高钢板的淬透性,使在较低的冷速下即能得到细小均匀的完全马氏体组织。

【Abstract】 To investigate the effect of Ti addition on martensite transformation in hot stamping steel, CCT curves, hot rolling and quenching experiment, thermodynamic calculations were studied. The results showed that Ti addition in hot stamping steel should precipitate the TiN in high temperature leading to reduce solute nitrogen content significantly. The precipitation of boron phase and austenite growth were suppressed during austenitizing in hot stamping process, so that the boron could segregate to grain boundary of austenite. This segregation could stabilize the austenite to increase the hardenability of steel, which the fine and homogeneous martensite was obtained completely in the lower cooling rate.
