Pd-Catalyzed Asymmetric Decarboxylative Cycloaddtion of Vinylethylene Carbonates with Unsaturated Electrophiles

【摘要】 The development of efficient methods for the construction of quaternary stereogenic centers is an important objective in asymmetric catalysis.In this presentation,I will present our recent research results for the construction of quaternary stereogenic centers via palladium-catalyzed asymmetric decarboxylative cycloaddition of vinylethylene carbonates(VECs)with unsaturated electrophiles.By using chiral palladium complex as catalysts under mild conditions,the transformations afford tertiary vinylglycols,[1]α-tertiary amino alcohol derivatives[2]and highly functionalized tetrahydrofurans bearing contiguous tertiary and vicinal all-carbon quaternary stereocenters[3]in high yields and high levels of stereoselectivities(Fig.1).
