导电粒子的受限分布对聚合物复合材料电学性能的影响

【摘要】 <正>导电复合材料(Conductive polymer composites,CPCs)因其综合性能优异(质轻、低成本、易于加工等)在电学器件中得到了广泛的应用。一般是通过向高分子基体中添加导电填料,尤其是炭系填料(炭黑、碳纳米管、石墨、石墨烯及碳纤维)使复合体系形成导电网络从而获得理想的电学性能。而填料添加量过大会造成诸如材料机械性能降低,成本增大及环境污染等不利影响,因此通过调控填料的分布与分散来获得高性能电学器件是广大学者研究的重
【Abstract】 With the pursuit of reduced size,light weight,low cost and high flexibility,micro-electronic industries and portable smart devices created increasing demand for high performance conductive polymeric composites(CPCs).However,most polymers were excellent electrical insulators,so that desired electrical conductivity was generally achieved through the addition of conductive particles,such as carbon black(CB),carbon nanotube,graphite,carbon fiber,etc.In this work,the multilayered CPC materials consisting of alternating polymeric insulated layers and CB-filled conductive layers were fabricated.The influence of the confined distribution of conductive particles in alternating layers on electrical properties parallel and vertical to the interfaces of each composite was investigated.Besides,the potential application in the microwave absorption has also been discussed.
