原位红外老化评价方法及其应用

【摘要】 <正>高分子材料的老化研究通常分为两个步骤:(1)通过自然或人工加速老化实验模拟材料的实际老化过程,得到老化样品;(2)利用各种后续检测手段如红外光谱、热分析、扫描电子显微镜、裂解气相色谱-质谱、力学性能测定等表征样品在老化过程中的变化和老化状态。大多数评价方法对材料老化初期的微小变化并不敏感,即使是对官能团变化相对敏感的红外光谱法,羰基指数的变化也需要相当长时间的积累才能体现[1]。因此,寻找新的老化评价方法
【Abstract】 In situ aging evaluation by FTIR,a new method for evaluating aging states of polymer materials,was developed.The apparatus included a cell specially designed for in situ FTIR measurement and a set of temperature control system.Any subtle atmosphere changes in the cell caused by heating the sample would be detected,so that the different aging states of the samples could be determined,although the difference might be extremely tiny in the early stage of aging.The new method was successfully applied to the study of thermal aging of NBR.The volatilization of additives in NBR samples aged at 125 oC in the oven for different time was investigated.The volatilization rate of additives had good correspondence with the mechanical properties of the samples.The signal response differed with the aging time and was sensitive to early aging.
