反应挤出合成苯乙烯/丁二烯共聚物

【摘要】 <正>迄今为止,溶聚丁苯和热塑性弹性体等工业化产品只能利用阴离子溶液聚合方法生产,而溶剂的回收会消耗大量的能量并且带来不可避免的环境污染。反应挤出技术是一门新兴的高分子反应加工工程学科,它以挤出机为反应器,将聚合和加工过程合而为一,具有效率高、能耗小、成本低、污染轻等特点。1993年,W.Michaeli[1]等以直径30 mm,长径比为29的同向啮合双螺杆挤出机为反应器,以仲丁基锂作为引发剂合成了聚苯乙烯,在很短的螺杆长度范围内,转化率就可接近100%。
【Abstract】 Reactive Extrusion Polymerization Process is a kind of novel technology with the advantages of low investment,short production cycle,continuous production and no need of solvent.In this paper,styrene/butadiene random polymer SBR and styrene /butadiene/styrene block polymer SBS were synthesized through a co-rotating closely intermeshing twin-screw extruder using anionic polymerization.IH-NMR indicates that the butadiene weight content of SBR and SBS is 59%and61%respectively and the butadiene is mainly 1,4-structure.The DMA reveals that there are two glass transition temperatures in SBS,while one in SBR.The TEM images show that SBS present phase separation,where in the SBR there is only one phase except a few long styrene blocks.
