非茂类双核钛配合物的合成及催化乙烯聚合性能研究

【摘要】 <正>双核烯烃聚合催化剂近年来逐渐引起人们的关注[1],双核配合物在催化乙烯聚合与共聚时有效调控聚合物的结构与性能方面展现了非常诱人的前景和潜在的工业应用价值,为实现乙烯可控聚合及合成新结构、新性能的材料提供了可能。然而,非茂类前过渡金属双核配合物罕有报道[2]。三齿配合物具有合成简单、配位空间开阔以及对金属中心的稳定作用好等优点[3];目前,尚无文献报道非茂类的三齿双核钛配合物。本论文设计并合成了一种亚甲基桥联水杨

【Abstract】 A methylene-bridged salicylaldiminato tridentate[OTSfS]bimetalhc titanium complex(Ti~2L) was synthesized and characterized,and its catalytic performances for ethylene polymerization and copolymerization with 1-hexene were investigated.When activated with MMAO,Ti~2L demonstrated very high activity for ethylene polymerization.The highest activity reached 1.45×10~6g/(mol.h.atm),higher than that from the corresponding mononuclear catalyst.Under appropriate condition,the catalytic activity for ethylene and 1-hexene copolymerization could reach 10~6 g/(mol.h.atm).The obtained polymer was characterized by DSC and high temperature GPC.The melting point of the polymer was lower than that from the corresponding mononuclear catalysts,indicating a higher incorporation rate of 1-hexene and a high branching degree.This complex demonstrated good bimetallic synergistic effect,which made the coordination and insertion of 1-hexene easier.The polymer obtained by this binuclear complex had a broader molecular weight distribution than that from its mononuclear complex,also indicating the production of multi-active center.
