【摘要】 <正>三聚氰胺氰脲酸盐(MCA)是一种天然气化工下游精细化学产品,主要用作聚合物材料(主要为尼龙)的环保型无卤阻燃剂。近年来,随着阻燃剂工业及下游新材料及装备制造业快速发展,我国已成为全球MCA最大生产国和消费国,其年产量超过20万吨,而以MCA为基础的各种下游阻燃聚合物材料已超过200万吨,总产值超过500亿元。目前国内外MCA
【Abstract】 Molecular complexation is an effective way to control the superamolecular framework of MCA and modify its properties while keeping its basal molecular structure.By introducing a special complexer with three-dimensional structure into MCA superamolecular framework,the planar growth of ME-CA self-assembly can be restricted due to hindering effects.Accordingly,the gigantic hydrogen bond net could be broken down to small ones,sharply decreasing the viscosity of the self-assembly system as well as the melt point of the obtained MCA.Therefore,it can reduce the water/reactants ratio from 4/1 to 1/1,and the reaction time from 2 hours to 20 min,greatly simplifying the synthesis process.The modified MCA shows a melt phase when heated,and can deform and fall to pieces as soft particles when compounding with polymers.It showed good dispersion properties and greatly improved flame retardance in polyamide,epoxy resin and silicon rubber.
