TPU电纺纤维的官能化改性及应用研究

【Abstract】 Electrospun TPU fiber mats have good mechanical properties,suitable for practical applications.However,they only possess limited functionalities,restricting their application fields.Introducing reactive groups such as amine groups onto TPU electrospun fibers can facilitate subsequent surface modification,and thus widens their application fields.In this work,two ways of functionalization are carried out to introduce amine groups onto the surface of TPU fibers,one is co-electrospinning with aminopropyltriethoxysilane(KH550),the other is dip-coating chitosan.Then,gold nanoparticles are adsorbed onto the fibers because of the good affinity of gold to amine groups.A conductive gold layer is formed on the surface of TPU fiber mat after electroless plating using the adsorbed gold nanoparticles as the seeds;the gold nanoparticles adsorbed on TPU fiber surfaces shows good catalytic activity and reusability for the reduction of 4-nitrophenol by sodium borohydride.These two types of applications demonstrate the usefulness of the amine groups in the preparation of TPU fibers with added functionalities.
