【摘要】 <正>聚苯硫醚(PPS)具有耐高温、耐化学药品、热稳定性好的性能,与其它耐高温材料相比,其成本较低,是高温化学品、烟尘、气体、废水等领域理想的过滤材料,在高温过滤袋等过滤除尘材料中具有明显优势,受到业界的普遍关注[1]。本文在课题组以前采用非相容聚合物体系熔融共混纺丝法制备聚合物超细纤维的基础上[2],以聚苯硫醚(PPS)和聚丙烯(PP)作为

【Abstract】 The polyphenylene sulfide/polypropylene(PPS/PP) sea-island blend fibers were prepared from PPS and PP by blend melt spinning process.PPS microfibers were prepared by removing PP matrix phase from the PPS /PP blend fiber in presence of xylene.Using scanning electron microscopy(SEM) to observe morphology of fibers,Thermal gravimetric(TG),X-ray diffraction(XRD) and Fourier transform infrared spectrometer(FTIR) to analyse the thermal properties and crystallization properties of PPS microfibers.The results showed that,the average diameter of PPS microfibers increased with the raising of PPS/PP composition ratio in a certain range.The thermal stability of PPS microfibers has decreased compared with pure PPS fiber,the initial decomposition temperature of PPS microfibers was 364 ℃,but it did not affect the performance of high temperature.The addition of PP improved the crystallization ability of PPS,which had no effect on the crystal type of PPS.
