CBT/PA6共混物非等温结晶动力学

【摘要】 <正>尼龙6(PA6)是一种性能优良的热塑性树脂,然而尼龙6的粘度高,浸润性差,加工温度高,使其复合材料的加工受到限制。对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(CBT)是一种环状热塑性树脂,其润湿和填充能力强、加工粘度低,与许多高分子溶剂相容性好,可以提高物料的流动性[1-2]。CBT和PA6都属热塑性树脂,结晶行为直接影响其力学性能,结晶动力学过程也是制定树脂成型工艺的理论依据。本文采用溶液共混法制备了尼龙6(PA6)与对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(CBT)
【Abstract】 The blends were produced by the way of solution mixing of nylon6 and CBT.The Changes of PA6 and CBT/PA6 in viscosity with temperature were studied,The non-isothermal crystallization process were also studied with the use of DSC.The kinetics of system non-isothermal crystallization were respectively discussed by Jeziorny equation.The results showed that CBT added can significantly reduce the viscosity of PA6,and Blend’s Jeziorny index n were smaller compared with PA6.Also found,CBT is expected to become a accelerator which can promote PA6 crystallization process.
