四酚芴基苯并噁嗪的合成及性能研究

【摘要】 <正>苯并噁嗪树脂是在传统的酚醛树脂基础上发展起来的一类热固性树脂。它不仅保持了传统酚醛树脂优异的耐高温性能、阻燃性能、电绝缘性以及力学性能,而且克服了传统酚醛树脂的不足之处,如脆性大、强腐蚀性等缺点;同时,具有较好的力学性能、低吸水性、低介电常数和分子设计灵活等特性[1-3]。然而,由苯并噁嗪单体经热固化获得的聚苯并噁嗪树脂的

【Abstract】 In this study,we synthesized a novel phenolic compound with four phenolic hydroxyl groups,2,7-dihydroxy-9,9-bis(4-hydroxyphenyl)fluorine(THPF).Then,a series of tetra-functional benzoxazine monomers were obtained from the reaction of THPF with paraformaldehyde and primary amines such as aniline,butylamine,and octylamine.Their chemical structures were characterized with FTIR and ~1H NMR.The thermal properties of cured polybenzoxazines were measured by DSC,DMA,and TGA.The results suggest that the glass transition temperature and thermal stability of tetrafunctional fluorene-based polybenzoxazines are much higher than those of corresponding bifunctional fluorene-based polybenzoxazines and traditional bisphenol A-aniline-based polybenzoxazines due to the increase of crosslinking density of polymer.Tetra-octylamine-fluorene-based benzoxazine,viscous liquid at room temperature,displayed excellent processability,toughness,and higher thermal properties.
