硫醇烯点击化学制备的磁性石墨烯复合材料用于富集环境水样中的多环芳烃

【摘要】 通过硫醇-烯点击化学在双键包裹的磁性纳米粒子表面修饰巯基化石墨烯,制备得到磁性石墨烯复合材料Fe3O4@G萃取富集-HPLC-FLD测定环境水样中的四种多环芳烃:蒽(An T),芘(Pyr),苯并蒽(Ba A)和苯并芘(Ba P)。考察了影响萃取效率和色谱分离的各种实验因素。在优化的条件下,四物质的检测限分别为0.04、0.5、0.3、0.2 ng/L,平均加标回收率在83.2~103.0%范围内,相对平均标准偏差(RSD)为2.3%~5.2%。该方法成功应用于环境水样中多环芳烃的测定。
【Abstract】 Fe3O4@graphene(Fe3O4@G NPs) have been successfully synthesized by thiol-ene click chemistry. As an effective adsorbent, Fe3O4@G NPs were applied for the extraction of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in environmental water samples prior to HPLC-FLD. Various experimental parameters that affect the extraction and separation efficiencies were investigated and optimized. Under the optimum conditions, the limits of detection(LOD, S/N = 3) were in the range of 0.04-0.5ng/L for the four polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, and the recoveries were in the range of 83.2 to 103.0% with relative standard deviations ranging from 2.3 to 5.2%. The present method has been successfully applied for the determination aromatic amines in Lijiang River water samples.
