ITO微电极监测SH-SY5Y细胞胞吐的研究

【摘要】 <正>神经退行性疾病如帕金森症等日益受到关注,SH-SY5Y细胞系作为拟神经细胞模型,细胞形态、生理和生化功能与正常神经细胞相似,具有多种受体,被广泛应用于神经系统疾病的发病机制和防止措施的研究中。本研究构建了一种新型多尺寸ITO微电极,可用于多细胞或单细胞胞吐现象监测。该电极克服传统碳纤维电极有效监测面积小,与细胞活性区域接触几率小
【Abstract】 This study constructed a new kind of multi-size ITO microelectrode, which overcame the shortcomings of traditional carbon fiber electrode, can be used in monitoring multi- or single cell exocytosis. This kind of microelectrode can also work with fluorescent or chemiluminescent methods in the study of cell physiological phenomena. Silver-silver chloride electrode is taken as the reference electrode, and high K+ saline solution is the stimulator. By controlling the number of cells on the electrode, single cell and multi-cells exocytosis were monitored, and expected experiment data is achieved.
