一种基于三联吡啶钌(Ru(bpy)32+)和金纳米的独特的阴极电化学发光

【Abstract】 Electrogenerated chemiluminescence(ECL), which is also called electrochemiluminescence, triggers optical signal by electrochemical reactions. ECL has been paid considerable attention during the past decades due to its versatility, simplified optical setup, low background signal, and good temporal and spatial control. A novel phenomenon for the first time that ECL of tris(bipyridine) ruthenium(II) Ru(bpy)2+3 and noble metals Au is described in this paper, it is observed that Ru(bpy)2+3 react with the gold electrode in the acid phosphate buffer solution and emit light. In this reaction systems, the Ru(bpy)2+3 ECL was found mainly occurred at 0.4~0.7 V during the cathodic scan process and the ECL peak was at about 0.6 V, which was quite different from the reported generally Ru(bpy)2+ 3ECL.
