滤纸集成电化学一步检测地表水中的铅

【摘要】 <正>运用滤纸储存试剂集成电化学可以实现一步快速检测[1]。本文研究了一种将丝网印刷电极(SPCE)和预存储试剂的圆滤纸片结合起来,一步检测地表水中铅离子含量的方法。圆滤纸片的制作方法是将whatman NO.1滤纸裁剪成直径为7 mm的圆片,以便刚好覆盖在SPCE电极区域。在圆滤纸片上存储了缓冲溶液(0.1 mol·L-1,

【Abstract】 One-step rapid electrochemical method was introduced [1]. Herein, we reported one-step sensing lead in waters using screen printed carbon electrode(SPCE) coupled with paper disk. Whatman filter paper No. 1 was carefully cut into round sheet with hole puncher to ca. 7 mm diameter. Then,the paper disk was impregnated with 10 μL buffer(0.1 mol·L-1,p H 4.5)and reagents including an internal standard Zn(II)(10 μL,60 ppb)and plating solution Bi(III)(10 μL,500 ppb), the paper disk was covered on SPCE. The procedure was show in Fig.1. After sample solution was added, sorbed components were distributed, and trace Pb(II) could be detected with internal standard by square-wave anodic stripping voltammetry(SWASV) relying on in-situ plating of bismuth film. Surface waters with spiked Pb(II) were tested, the linear range was to 100 ppb, and 5-50 ppb Pb(II) was determined.
