基于茜素红-三氧化二铁修饰电极的曲酸传感器的研究

【摘要】 <正>本文我们将有机染料中的茜素红(ARS)与三氧化二铁纳米粒子相结合修饰在电极表面,实现了对曲酸的快速有效的检测。将抛光后的玻碳电极浸入1.0 mg m L-1 ARS溶液中,在0~2.2V电位下以100m Vs-1速度扫30圈,在电极表面沉积一层茜素红膜。沉积在电极表面的醌式结构具有很好的吸附和结合能力,大大提高了其稳定性。接着在修饰电极表面滴
【Abstract】 A sensitive kojic acid(KA) sensor based on Fe3O4 nanopolyhedrons /alizarin red S modified glassy carbon electrode has been developed. A well-defined oxide peak of 0.74V(vs. Ag/Ag Cl) was observed in 0.10 M p H 7.0 PBS The sensor displayed excellent amperometric response for kojic acid with a linear range from 8.0×10-8 M to 4.8×10-4 M and a detection limit of 2.6×10-8 M at a signal-to-noise ratio of 3. The prepared sensor exhibited satisfactory reproducibility, stability and selectivity.
