基于硫化锌纳米粒子的锌离子选择电极的研究

【摘要】 本文利用萃取原理在有机相中合成了硫化锌纳米粒子,并对其采用TEM进行了表征,图像显示该纳米粒子粒度分布均匀,分散性好。以所得硫化锌纳米粒子为活性组分,制作了锌离子选择电极,并研究了该电极的性能。结果表明,电极的线性范围是1.0×10-6~1.0×10-2 mol L-1,检测限为5.2×10-7 mol L-1,电极响应时间短,且具有良好的稳定性和重现性。
【Abstract】 Nanoparticles of zinc sulfide were prepared in organic phase and the optimum synthesis conditions for the nanoparticles were studied in detail. Transmission Electron Microscope(TEM) results indicated that the size distribution of the nanoparticles was well proportional. A novel zinc ion-selective electrode(ISE) was prepared by dispersing the zinc sulfide nanoparticles in polyvinylchloride(PVC) membrane. The linear range was 1.0×10-6~1.0×10-2 mol L-1 and the detection limit was 5.2 × 10-7 mol L-1. The response of the electrode was fast with quite reasonable reproducibility and stability.
