基于虚拟样机技术的大柔性飞机着陆动态性能仿真分析

【摘要】 现代大型飞机机体庞大,着陆过程中机翼振动产生的弹性形变会储存一部分能量,这有利于降低起落架的受载。为了研究柔性机体对于起落架着陆性能的影响,首先建立飞机着陆的二质量等效模型,进而考虑机体柔性推导出多质量等效模型。在此基础上,利用通用软件搭建虚拟样机进行飞机的着陆仿真,分析了刚性以及柔性机体的着陆响应,得到了不同下沉速度下起落架缓冲器的受力响应,证实了柔性机体在着陆过程中具有吸收着陆能量的效能。

【Abstract】 Modern large airplane has huge body.Elastic deformation caused by wing vibration when landing will reserve a specific quantity of energy,which helps to reduce the load of landing gear.In order to research the effects of flexible airframe on landing performance of landing gear,a two-mass equivalent model of landing is needed to establish first,and then airframe flexibility should be considered to derive its multi- mass equivalent model.On this basis,by using the virtual prototype for airplane landing simulation,landing impact response of rigid and flexible airframe is analyzed and the stressed response of landing gear buffer at different sinking rates is also obtained.The whole process demonstrates the efficacy for absorbing landing energy of flexible airframe during landing.
