带侧反应器的反应与精馏耦合生产甲酸环己酯的过程研究

【摘要】 针对甲酸在温度超过60°C时发生分解的特点,采用带侧反应器的反应精馏集成过程(SRC)建立了常压反应与减压精馏的集成方式用于甲酸环己酯生产的新工艺。通过过程模拟考察了催化剂装填量、反应器间隔塔板数、反应器台数等参数对合成甲酸环己酯SRC过程的影响。模拟结果表明,甲酸与环己烯加成酯化生产甲酸环己酯的SRC过程,只有在反应能力与分离能力达到匹配时,设备参数与操作参数达到最佳值。合适的精馏塔板数为7块板(不包含塔顶冷凝器)、塔底再沸热负荷为468 KJ/h、催化剂装填量为0.6 Kg、精馏塔的操作压强为8 KPa、反应器台数为两台。
【Abstract】 An advanced technology integrating a low-pressure distillation column with atmospheric pressure side reactors was proposed to produce Cyclohexyl formate. Considering the decomposition reaction of formic acid occurs when the temperatures greater than 60 °C. The operating pressure of the tower, catalyst loading amount, the number of tray plate, the number of side reactors were investigated. The simulation results demonstrated that a suitable process could be achieved with a more optimized match between the reaction capability and the separation capability. The suitable distillation tray number is seven(excluding condenser), the suitable bottom reboiler heat load is 468 KJ/h, the suitable catalyst loading capacity is 0.6 kg, the operating pressure is 8 KPa, the suitable number of the reactor is 2.
