负载型磷钨酸催化合成1,8-桉叶素的研究

【摘要】 1,8-桉叶素作为一种重要的精细化工产品,被广泛地应用于医药、香精香料等工业生产领域。目前,1,8-桉叶素主要从天然产物桉叶油中分离提取获得,但由于天然资源有限,且桉叶油中杂质成分较多,难以获得高纯度的1,8-桉叶素产品满足市场需求。近年来,杂多酸在萜烯及其衍生物的催化反应中表现出高效的催化活性,例如:水合反应、乙酸化反应、环化反应、异构化反应等。本文主要研究用Keggin结构的磷钨酸作为固体酸催化剂,催化α-松油醇合成1,8-桉叶素。以磷钨酸作为活性催化组分,SiO 2作为载体,采用等体积浸渍法制备负载型催化剂,探讨了负载型磷钨酸催化合成1,8-桉叶素的可行性,并考察了催化剂的负载量对催化效果的影响。
【Abstract】 1,8-cineloe is one of the important fine chemical products which has beenwidely applied in the fields of pharmaceuticals, flavors, fragrances and otherindustries. Currently, 1,8-cineole is mainly obtained byseparating from a naturalproducteucalyptus oil. However, limited by resources and many impurities in theextract crude oil, it is difficult to obtain high-purity 1,8-cineole to meet marketdemand. Recently, heteropolyacids(HPAs) have been reported as the efficient catalystsfor various reactions of terpenes and their derivatives, such as hydration,acetoxylation, cyclization and isomerization. So this work reports the applicationof supported phosphotungstic acidas the solid acid catalystfor the isomerization of α-terpineol to 1,8-cineole. The supported phosphotungstic acid catalyst was prepared by impregnation method with SiO 2 the carrier.. GC and GC-MS were used forthe quantitative and qualitative analyses of the reaction products. The effect of the loading amount of hosphotungstic acid was investigated, the feasibility of 1,8-cineole synthesis using the catalyst was discussed.
