耐高温硼酚醛胶粘剂的制备及性能研究

【摘要】 为了提高酚醛胶粘剂的耐高温性能,探讨了选用硼酚醛作为酚醛胶粘剂的基体树脂,固体羧基丁腈混炼胶作为酚醛胶粘剂体系的增韧改性剂,以硼粉、硅粉、B4C三种无机填料作为酚醛胶粘剂体系的耐高温填料,研究了丁腈混炼胶用量,硼粉、硅粉、B4C三种无机填料用量对硼酚醛胶粘剂不同温度粘接强度的影响。试样粘接部位的固化条件是140℃,0.1~0.3MPa,5h。粘接试样经400-1000℃高温老化30min后进行拉伸剪切强度测试。研究结果表明:在100份的胶粘剂体系中,当固体羧基丁腈混炼胶用量为12份时,其室温粘接强度达到最大值;在硼酚醛胶粘剂体系中,当无机填料与有机物的添加比为0.9:1.0时,硼酚醛胶粘剂具有最好的耐高温性能,800℃以上残炭率可以达到87‰.
【Abstract】 In order to enhance the high-temperature resistant of phenolic adhesive, we discussed that boron-modified phenolic resin is used as the matrix of phenolic adhesive, solid carboxylated nitrile rubber compound is used as the toughening modifier and boron powder、silicon powder and boron carbide are used as the fillers to resistant high-temperrature.The adhered specimens were cured at 140 ℃ and 0.1~0.3MPa for 5 hours.Then, the adhesion strength of specimens was examines by a tensile method t after heat treated for 30 minutes in the range 400-1000 ℃. The results show that in 100 parts of adhesive systems, when the amount of solid carboxylated nitrile rubber compound is 12 parts, the adhesion strength is the best; When the ratio of inorganic fillers and organic is 0.9:1.0, the boron-modified phenolic adhesive has the best high-temperature resistant performance, the char yield can be reached at 87% at the temperature of 800 ℃.
