【摘要】 根据我国进口危险化学品法律法规体系要求,结合进口危险化学品检验监管实际,对以《危险化学品目录(2015版)》监管进出口危险化学品存在的一些问题进行系统分析,并对比《危险化学品目录(2015版)》与TDG及GHS间异同,从而提出了相应的建议,旨在有效帮助企业和检验部门正确理解相关法律法规,为进口危险化学品的检验监管提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper formulated the problems of using the List of Hazardous Chemicals to inspect the hazardous chemicals according to the requirements of laws and regulations system and combined the reality of imported hazardous chemicals. It pointed out the problems of inspection and supervision in importing hazardous chemicals by the current situation, The comparison of the hazardous classification among the Recommendations on the Transports of Dangerous Goods(TDG), the Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labeling of Chemicals(GHS) and the List of Hazardous Chemicals(2015) were examined, and the advice was provided. The opinion could help enterprise and testing departments correctly understand relevant laws and regulations and provide reference for the Inspection and Supervision in imported hazardous chemicals.更多还原
