焙烧态锌铝水滑石在脱除废水中Cr(Ⅵ)的应用
Removal of hexavalent chromium from aqueous solution by calcined Zn/Al-LDHs

【摘要】 本文采用共沉淀法合成了锌铝水滑石(Zn/Al-LDHs),并利用X-射线粉末衍射仪、傅里叶红外光谱和扫描电镜对合成的Zn/Al-LDHs水滑石的结构和形貌进行表征。然后研究了p H、温度(T)、时间(t)、初始浓度(co)和吸附剂用量(m)对焙烧态Zn/Al-LDHs(C-Zn/Al-LDHs)吸附废水中Cr(VI)的影响。结果表明:最佳的吸附条件为p H=3、t=80 min、T=25 oC、m=60mg、co=100 mg/L,最大吸附量为123 mg/g。Cr(VI)在C-Zn/Al-LDHs上的吸附过程符合准二级动力学模型和朗缪尔等温线方程。
【Abstract】 In this paper, Zn/Al-layered double hydroxides(Zn/Al-LDHs) were synthesized by co-precipitation method and characterized with X-ray diffraction, Fourier transform infrared spectra(FTIR), and scanning electron microscope(SEM). Then the hexavalent chromium Cr(VI) adsorption experiments on calcined Zn/Al-LDHs were carried out to analyze the influences of p H, temperature,time, initial Cr(VI) concentration and adsorbent dosage on the removal of Cr(VI) from aqueous solutions. The results shows that the optimal adsorption condition as follows, p H=3, t=80 min, T=25 o C, m=60 mg and co=100 mg/L, and the maximum adsorption capacity is 123 mg/g. The kinetic and isotherm of Cr(VI)adsorption on calcined Zn/Al-LDHs can be described with the pseudo-second-order kinetic model and Langmuir isotherm.
