凹土基微滤膜在纤维素酶发酵液澄清中的应用

【摘要】 采用凹土基微滤膜澄清高黏度纤维素酶发酵液。研究了操作压力、膜面流速、温度等过程参数对膜通量、浊度、蛋白质截留率、酶活损失的影响,考察了不同清洗方式对污染后的膜通量恢复的影响。结果表明,在温度25±3℃,操作压力0.1 MPa,膜面流速4 m/s下,膜通量最高,蛋白质截留率最大,酶活损失最小,并且渗透液浊度小于1NTU;污染后的凹土基微滤膜在30±3℃下用去离子水冲洗2次,每次30 min,再用0.01 mol/L的NaOH溶液循环清洗40 min,通量可恢复到新膜通量的90%左右。
【Abstract】 Attapulgite microfiltration membrane were used to deal with high viscosity cellulase fermentation broth. The influence of process parameter such as pressure,cross-flow velocity and temperature on membrane flux decline, turbidity, protein retention rate, enzyme activity loss were studied, and the influence of different cleaning steps on the regeneration of fouled membrane was investigated. The results showed that at the condition of ΔT=23±3℃,ΔP=0.1MPa and v=0.58 m·s-1, the protein retention rate reached the highest, and the activity of the enzyme was minimum, and the turbidity was less than 1 NTU. The fouled membrane’s water flux recovery rate was about 90% through water rinsing for 30 min at 30±3℃ twice and then 0.01 mol/L Na OH cleaning for 40 min.
