聚偏氟乙烯/凹凸棒石混合基质超滤膜制备及其抗污性能

【摘要】 本文以聚偏氟乙烯为膜材料,利用表面接枝的方法将温度敏感性材料聚N-异丙基丙烯酰胺接枝到纳米凹凸棒石上,作为共混改性剂掺杂到PVDF铸膜液中,利用浸没沉淀相转化法制备混合基质超滤膜,考察不同改性凹凸棒石添加量对膜性能的影响,并研究其温敏性能及抗污染性能。结果表明:改性剂的加入提高了膜的渗透性能,纯水通量最大达到了246 L·m-2·h-1,比纯PVDF膜大了一倍之多;改性后膜纯水通量随温度的升高而增加,且在30-35oC之间出现突增;膜过滤BSA溶液后经变温水力冲洗,改性剂添加量为7%时膜通量恢复率达到了91%,而纯的PVDF膜只有39%,说明改性后的膜有良好的抗污染易清洗性能。

【Abstract】 In this work, a stimuli-responsive poly(vinylidene fluoride)(PVDF) hybrid ultrafiltration membrane was successfully prepared by immersion precipitation with the addition of thermo-responsive nanocomposite(PNIPAAM-g-ATP). The additive was synthesized by the surface modification of attapulgite(ATP) with poly N-isopropylacrylamide(PNIPAAM) via"graft-from" method. Various dosages of the modifier were added in the casting solution. A series of characterizations were conducted to investigate the membrane performance, expecially the thermo-responsive and anti-fouling property. The results indicated that the membrane permeability was enhanced with the additive. The maximum pure water flux(PWF) was 246 L·m-2·h-1which doubled the pristine one. The PWF of the modified membranes increased with the increasing temperature and increased sharply between 30oC to 35oC while the pure PVDF membrane was nearly not change and the dosage of 7% exhibited the most sharply. After alternate temperature-change(25 oC /35 oC)cleaning, a flux recovery of about 91% was obtained for the modified membrane with 7% dosage while the pure PVDF membrane was only about 39%. Therefore, the modified membrane exhibited good anti-fouling and easy-cleaning properties during the filtration of bovine serum albumin(BSA).
